What inspired you to be an aesthetician?
"What inspired me to become an aesthetician was my own experience growing up with problematic skin. As a leader, I get to support and mentor my team by creating an environment where everyone feels valued and motivated to grow. Being able to care for clients while also uplifting my team makes my role especially meaningful."
